HPCS CUT SCENES MOSTLY MUGGLEBORNS

As we analyse the various scenes that are cut out from the film we see that many of the scenes done by muggleborns are cut off. Not only muggleborns but people who are wizards without any magical talent that is asquib like filch are cut off. Let us try to reason out this. Some of the scenes that include COLLIN CREEVEY, JUSTIN,FILCH are all cutoff especially scenes where collin and justin disclose that they are muggle borns. They have such an importance in this film (I feel so and I think most of us feel the same way). But still they are cut off why????????????
